Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. 

 Parenting is challenging. Co-parenting- very challenging! We will work together to develop new skills to aid you in resolving conflicts with your children and one another, and to parenting your children at every stage in therir development.

Counseling can be beneficial to individuals and couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connections, in all stages of their life or relationships. Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home at a time that is convenient for you.
